My dear friend, Ali Anani, PhD!!! I got so mentally fit over these last months during our conversational hiatus (via extreme hibernation to heal from my mold issues) that I can assert that it is precisely SOLAR ENERGY & HUMAN MENTATION that I feel are the elements that inform the equation of SHE which is the 3rd matrix beyond E-mc2, but built upon the exact foundation of Einstein's now proven equation
I came to understand in my physiology how e-mc2 applied to homo sapiens, but as a wise feminine philosopher, I didn't want to stand on a stage & become famous for human energy [he] upgrade of e=mc2
Therefore, I had to add that s, which became She and it took me, I swear, less than 9 seconds to transduce that the solution to s = sustainable.
I learned all of this through self-experimentation when I fixed a core health deficiency that existed my whole life via ingesting cannabis, medicinally, and learning the philosophy of tuning forks.
Between us, I have truly stumbled upon a philosophical theory of everything - that can be explained by evolutionary logic.
I have created the math of life which can be explain universal complexity is the simplest of philosophical approach to math: 1+1=3

I do so enjoy the intellectual level of our conversations, Ali Anani, PhD - and in our fable, the villain is patterning of language.
Who/How/When did creativity immediately require the caveat of madness probability?
Inherently, this is how we humans began to lose our fluency with our specialness as instruments of consciousness.
As a pivot, I was using between us in the 3rd dimension of intellect. Few will be able to follow the jumps of logic I used in a way I can know that you will be able to.
I am truly in possession of a public-known secret - the power of simple principles of philosophical reasoning I can solve for all the chaos of our world
And I owe a great deal to the training rounds you & I shared over the years on two different sm platforms that made the physical distance and age and culture and educational distances between us collapse into the ether
These virtual relationships of intellectual sort have been crucial both in my own evolution of consciousness as I can observe parallel, yet entirely different trajectories in others
The speed of the internet is both harmful & eustressful; generating adaptations
What I demonstrate is that brain, body, and biofield in synchrony is a super-supra-philosophical-powerhouse

To answer this question, we need both the math of life: 1+1=3 - understanding that bio-electricity can reliably be poetically described as LOVE. The e-motions of belonging/joy/pleasure are sustainability incarnate.
Plus, the paradigm-shift that bodies are primarily powered by bio-electricity, not biochemical digestion related processes - these are the back-up generator in matter of the flow of the electromagnetic waves of mentation constantly twirling around our biofields.
The electrical pulses of our brainwaves, our full suite of conscious & subconscious mentations, are not solely described by brain typography in the current neuroscience sense, but also the shifts in frequency from lower hertz to higher hertz travel both with desirable e-motions and optimalized physiological functioning plus heightened forms of creativity produced in flow as improv performance.
This is outside-the-tetrahedron thinking, my friends. Evolutionary tesseracting to employ the term from the fictional youth book A Wrinkle in Time.
