I actually intended for this post to be titled, 'Today I chose to play.' It is a Sunday, smack in the middle of what most will experience as a very long summer holiday weekend.
I made a coffee, did some laundry.
I avoided eating as today is a fast day for me.
I wrote replies and comments.
I chatted with one of my showcase clients on our plans to bring more vibrancy to her website.
I fed my dog and now as we hit the crucial late afternoon segment, when the fasting decision might be on the line, I have another project to work on - I'll be creating the website page around an upcoming e-learning event on “Mindfulness and Positive Body Image.” (message me if interested )
The perfect spoil to the habit of dinner.
In the midst of radical, life-enhancing, and yet quotidian changes, there is a masterful power in being present to a fleeting moment of contentment.

I am so grateful to have this community to share this major announcement with. People around the globe who may need to become present to their own contentment, in the midst of busyness and striving and the festivities of celebrating.
